What is a HTML Email Survey?

Surveys It is good practice for any company to launch surveys for their products and/or services from time to time. This helps them assess their performance and lets them know which parts of their product or service needs more of their attention and which ones they need to change or improve. In the advent of email marketing, a lot of email marketers include such surveys in their regular emails to their mailing list. As most email marketers use HTML in creating their emails, it makes it easier for them to include surveys in their emails. Survey Code HTML email surveys are surveys that are written using HTML code. Some of these surveys can also be embedded in an HTML email. But embedding a survey into an HTML email has its limitations as embedding too many forms might cause your email not to work properly. When you want to send out HTML surveys, it is best to use an online service or use a software to create such surveys. This way, you are sure that when they arrive to the recipient’s inbox, they are working properly. Another alternative to embedding an entire survey in an HTML email is to just include a link in the email that leads to the actual survey on your website or on another web page. This way, you don’t bulk up the size of your HTML email and you are sure that your survey is in proper working condition. Conclusion Whether you decide to embed your survey in your HTML email or just include a link, just make sure that the surveys you send out are well crafted and the results would help you in your efforts to market your products and/or service. Not only is an ill-crafted survey non-indicative of whatever it is you are trying to find out, it could also serve to confuse your respondents and in turn will peter out their interest in whatever it is you have to offer. |
